Born on 3rd March 1979, Chimbali Mike Chinyama is a Zambian gospel musician born and raised in Kafue. He attended Kafue Town for his Grade 1 to Grade 5 education.

Friends ot Chimbali Mike told ZambianMusic.net that, the calm spoken singer started singing in the year 1987 while at New Apostolic Church where he also served as the Sunday School Choir master.

During his teenager days, Chimbali Mike loved and always performed the famous “Vimbuza” dance that helped him pull big crowds.

In his own words, Chimbali Mike confirmed to ZambianMusic.net that, he was inspired by his late grandfather.
