Zambian musician Ba-Hillz real names Emmanuel Phiri was born in Chipata district (Eastern province) at Chipangali clinic on 6th November 1988.
Growing up on Lundazi – Jinyi village, Ba-Hillz got attached to the society that was specialising in music mainly. Ba-Hillz attended Chamanda Primary School in Chipata and later completed his ordinary education at Mwase Day High School.
The first born in a family of 13 children, Ba-Hillz was always a child of his own destiny. He started composing lyrics at t hag of 12.
In the year 2013, Ba-Hillz relocated to Zambia’s capital Lusaka to broaden his music career. In the same year, he recorded and released his first ever RnB / HipHop album titled “One Day”.
Ba-Hillz’s first songs including Tizakwatilana, Kunkhalanaiwe and Mwiponta made noise on most local radio stations, hence motivating the singer to keep doing his thing.
