www.ZambianMusic.net caught up with upcoming artist Martin Musonda who has chosen to go by the names “Marty M” so as to match his style of music. Marty M was born on 14th December 1991. He attended Chimwemwe Basic School in Chawama (a suburb in Lusaka) Zambia. In the year 2011, he finished  high school in Kamulanga.

Marty M told www.ZambianMusic.net that he started his music career way back in 1998. The soft spoken singer confirmed to this website that he used to sing in Church and its where he recorded his first track in the year 2009. After watching and taking a kin interest in the music industry, Marty M later in released his second track in 2013.

Three years after, the energetic young man decided to do music on a serious echelon by embarking on using advanced recording studios and avenues that most established artists in Zambia use.
