Fan Accuses Yo Maps Of Copying His New Song From Nigeria

Last week, singer Yo Maps released his latest song titled "Location".

The song was produced by his long time friend Stash, while the visuals were done and produced in South Africa.

Although a handful of Yo Maps' fans have surely liked this song, it seems there are thousands of music lovers and critics that have hated this song. "This song is crap, It is so disappointing, Yo Maps should employ a good song writer, said Paul Haggai"

One tweleb (someone who has a good following on Twitter) who we identified as @Glasses_girl started the campaign of asking her followers what they thought of Yo Maps' latest song.

Most of her followers who later took the argument to facebook, were concerned about Yo Maps' continuous use of the same lyrics and beats ever since his breakthrough.

"If you have been following Yo Maps' songs, trust me, all his songs have similar beats, same composition and same rythm, said Chanda Faith" - Yo Maps' fan.

One of Yo Maps' fans who is based in Boston USA told ZambianMusic.net that, Yo Maps' new song "Location" is copied from the song called "Go Away By Fireboy DML" - a Nigerian singer.
