Zambian Musician Shady Starface Releases New Video Oh Dada

Towards the end of 2016, Zambian star Shady Starface was imprisoned for two years at Kamfinsa state prison facing murder charges. Many people on the Copperbelt told this website that, this could have been a deal planned by the singer’s hater to end his musical career that was on the rise by then.

Thank God, on 23rd November 2018 Shady was set free by the judge at Kitwe high court.

While in prison, the Chiwempala born musician composed a song titled “Oh Dada” – which is a mixture of bongo flava, typical Zedbeats and also fused with an Afropop sound.

A day after leaving prison, the talented musician recorded this song and the video was also shot the following day.

“If I am not mistaken, this is the most expensive video in Zambia for the year 2018 / 2019”, Kingdeza, a very close friend to Shady Starface told ZambianMusic.net

This video has cost us Kwacha 37000 (Approximately 3800 US Dollars) and we have already submitted it to TRACE, MTV and other big music channels in East and West Africa.
